Our Story & Mission
CAYA Holistic Healing was born from a vision ~ and a whisper in meditation ~ to create a space where you are welcome to come as you are. Founded by Allyson after a season of personal transformation and inspired by her late aunt's legacy of unconditional love, acceptance and authentic presence, CAYA honors authenticity, compassion, and the courage to heal.
CAYA is also a container for possibility - a home for holistic healing in all its forms. Through reiki, sound therapy, meditation, and wellness events & classes, CAYA supports you in releasing, realigning, and reconnecting with the wholeness that has always been within.
Here, healing is a journey of remembrance ~ a return to balance, peace, and presence within.

Join us for a heart-opening afternoon in nature designed to reconnect you with the softness, wonder, authenticity, and joy of your inner child beneath the healing energy of the summer sky.
This women’s circle and silent reiki hike will gently guide you inward through reflection, connection, playful creativity, nervous system support, and sacred stillness in nature. Together we’ll gather in sisterhood to honor the upcoming New Moon in Cancer — a deeply nurturing lunar portal connected to emotional healing, self-acceptance, reparenting, and coming home to yourself.

Join us for a peaceful afternoon of reiki-infused sound healing, guided meditation, and deep relaxation beside the gentle flow of the river.
Surrounded by the soothing sounds of nature, this outdoor healing experience invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself. As you settle comfortably on the earth beneath the open sky, you'll be guided through a calming meditation before being immersed in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments.
Throughout the experience, Reiki energy healing will be offered to the group, supporting emotional release, nervous system regulation, energetic balance, and a deep sense of peace. The flowing river, rustling trees, birdsong, and healing frequencies come together to create a restorative experience that nourishes both body and soul.

Creative Flow is the second class within the Journey Within Series — a guided experience centered around emotional expression, creativity, pleasure, movement, and reconnecting with the energy of the Sacral Chakra.
The Sacral Chakra is associated with our emotional body, sensuality, joy, creativity, connection, and ability to experience flow. When imbalanced, this energy center can manifest as emotional numbness, creative blocks, guilt, disconnection from self, difficulty receiving, or feeling stuck emotionally or energetically.
This experience is designed to gently support emotional release, self-expression, embodied awareness, and deeper connection to your authentic inner landscape.
During this class, we may explore:
• guided meditation and nervous system support
• reiki-infused healing practices
• emotional awareness and energetic reflection
• creativity, pleasure, softness, and self-expression
• grounding through movement, breath, and embodiment practices
